On Novermber 24th 1994, 3 people lost their lives and hundreds were wounded when a fire broke out at the concert hall. All of the emergency exits were locked and people were burned alive. The band that was playing there, Golden Life, wrote this song as a tribute to the people affected by this tragedy.
